These procedures, however, are non-negotiable and the Buyer has to accept the way our Refineries operate if they want to go ahead with us.

We assume due diligence of custody and confidentiality of documents sent to us. The Buyer and the Seller are responsible for the successful conclusion of the transaction to be carried out.
The content implied here, and the related documents and the information they contain, will be taken as such and never as a binding principle for any of the parties.
Upon receipt of these documents, the recipient accepts and acknowledges this Legal Notice.
All forthcoming trade relations between Buyers and Sellers will follow the seller's procedures, to which the Buyers agreed, and all correspondence will run through the established emails and telephones, involving an inspection agency and payment through its banks.
